Exterior tower additions to accommodate elevator and emergency exit stairs were made to this historic building in order to make it habitable for office use. Formerly used as a warehouse for grocery and lumber companies, the building dates from 1903. Interior structural elements were cleaned and left exposed to serve as interior finishes. The project received an award for restoration of an historic building. |
