The implementation of the
client's innovative program for a private elementary school for sixty
children required obtaining special-use zoning from the city who stipulated
that the building area not be increased. A former doctor's office was
demolished and re-built upon the existing foundation. The only elements to
remain from the original building are the natural stone walls. |
