A former brewery in a dilapidated state, this building was rehabilitated and renovated to serve as a professional office building.  Interior spaces were adapted for reuse with the existing structure and brick walls cleaned, reconditioned and left exposed.  The exterior of the building was restored as faithfully as possible.
